What is covered under warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase date. Normal wear and tear, drops, or damage from misuse are not covered.
How do I clean my DUXPY case?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth with mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
